Corrections, questions, and anything we have got wrong.

The fastest way to reach us is by email:

We read everything. We usually reply within a few working days.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a fee, a processing time or a rule on this site is out of date, tell us. Include the page and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts us. This is the most useful email you can send.
  • Clarifications. If something in a guide is unclear or you think we have skipped a step, say so.
  • Press and partnerships. Genuine editorial enquiries are welcome.

What we cannot help with

  • We are not a visa service. We cannot submit an application for you, check your documents, or speed up your processing.
  • We cannot give advice on your specific case. Whether your particular circumstances will get a visa approved is a question for your local Chinese visa application centre, not for us. We explain the general process; decisions rest entirely with the consular authorities.
  • We cannot help with a booking. If you have a problem with a tour, a hotel or an eSIM you bought, contact the company you bought it from.

Before you write about a visa question

Check your local CVASC centre's own website first. Rules vary by country and even by city — a processing time that is correct in London may be wrong in Sydney — and the centre handling your application is always the final authority.
